We had a very low key Christmas this year which was just what we needed. We didn't buy many presents since Celia just had a birthday and
Emme has plenty of hand me down toys. We just really enjoyed spending the day together.
David and
Emme woke up at 7am, but let Celia and I sleep a bit longer.

Santa left
Emme cups, eating utensils, socks and a pair of shoes.

Celia got underwear, socks, and glow in the dark stars from Santa, oh and an orange. Santa did not bring any walnuts this year thanks to my request and only a little bit of candy.
Emme gots some neat presents from the
granparents too. Like organic
vegetables (made of organic cotton). She really likes the carrot for chewing.

She also got some clothes and her very own cell phone and keys.

After presents, we had a nice breakfast with eggs, bacon and "Baby Jesus birthday cake" (as Celia now calls it). It is actually my grandmother's coffee cake receipe that she made for Christmas brunches when I was a kid. The rest of the day was filled with playing, reading and tricycle riding.
